EHS Heat Pump HW Cylinder – Pre-plumbed, indirect, unvented stainless-steel hot water storage cylinder with 50-litre buffer store.

The EHS Heat Pump hot water storage cylinders are designed for use with an air-source heat pump as the main heat source and are pre-plumbed to make the installation as quick and easy as possible. It features a purpose-designed coil suitable for a heat pump, with a large surface area to allow maximum heat transfer of the renewable energy into the stored water. The cylinder is manufactured from Duplex stainless steel, and the pre-plumbing includes all the pre-fabricated pipework, wiring, integrated buffer and 3 kW immersion heaters to provide backup heat.

  • Supplies mains pressure hot water and high flow rates

  • Factory-fitted temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7 bar / 90°C
  • Up to 3 bar max pressure
  • Fully insulated to minimise any heat loss (ErP rated C)
  • Factory-fitted 3kW immersion heater
  • Integrated 50-litre buffer store for Heatpump
  • Cylinders available in 170-300 litre capacities
  • Lifetime manufacturing warranty on the inner container (2 years on components)
  • Can be integrated with a Solar PV system
  • Can be utilised in a hybrid system with an EHS electric boiler as backup.
